We are doing the lean program. So far so good! A couple things that I really like, the workout countdown clock in the corner of the screen, and there is also a second countdown clock for each of the exercise sets, so it allows you to gauge your effort based on time left. I also like how he mixes up the exercises and he
doesn’t do a ton of
repetitive movements which I like, I tend to get a little bored with the same circuit repeated over and over. We decided that Monday would be our day off so Tuesday is Shoulders and Arms and the Ab Ripper-I am a little
leary about that one!
